Welcome to 6th Class at Scoil Mhuire Muineachan

At Scoil Mhuire Muineachan, we believe in providing a well-rounded education for our pupils. In 6th Class, we place a strong emphasis on working together and fostering a sense of community.

We believe that by encouraging teamwork and collaboration, the boys will develop important skills for the future.

Technology plays an important role in our curriculum. We understand the importance of preparing for the digital age, and we aim to equip the boys with the necessary skills to thrive in a technology-driven world. Our 6th Class students have access to state-of-the-art technology, such as Lego Robots, Micro-bits and Chromebooks allowing them to engage in interactive and innovative learning experiences.

Outdoor learning is another key aspect of 6th Class. We believe that learning should extend beyond the four walls of the classroom, and that nature provides a rich and stimulating environment for education. Our boys have the opportunity to explore the outdoors, engage in hands-on learning activities, and develop a deep appreciation for the natural world.

Sixth Class are being taught by Ms Beagan and Ms Deery.

The 6th class pupils will  develop their programming skills with Lego Spike Prime and will aim to progress from simple programming to being able to navigate different obstacles.
